The Happy List:

The dictionary says HAPPINESS (noun)

The noun HAPPINESS has 2 senses:

1. state of well-being characterized by emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy

2. emotions experienced when in a state of well-being

To me happiness means (is) a lot of things. I’ve started a list which I will update as I travel along this Life road.

Happiness is: Knowing God. Trusting, believing, having faith in a higher being. (The rest are in no particular order. I wrote as they came)

Being healthy

No sickness for anyone especially the little ones at all (also on my wish/prayer list)

Supportive family

Great friends

Good red wine

Helping others

New books

Clothes that fit

Long Mango

Loans paid off

My Friday partner lime (fun times!)

Cleaning and or re-decorating

Good self-esteem

Working whole night then sleeping 6am-noon!

Savings

Oil down

Shrimp (or most seafood)

Walking without a limp

The smell of Christmas (paint, ham, punch de cream (cah spell it)

Finding a best flatmate

A first date that went excellent

Chatting maturely with my 16 year old  niece (I’m an Auntie-Mummy)

Listening to a great motivational speaker

Final day of the cycle

Getting paid (what I ask, my worth)

Finding the school I needed

Discourse with intelligent people who real down to earth>HAILS TO MA EXPEDITION-ERS crew!

Having a handful of people I can confide in *whispers* Are you one of them?

Finding the perfect (for me) Hairstylist.

Hearing: “You got the part!”

Rubber slippers (You may know it as flip-flops) steupes @ we Trinbagonians-lol
